Computer time and Math Incentive!
The first graders took another Amira assessment on the computer today. Then they worked on some math skills using IXL. The students worked hard enough that they earned their final letter to make the words "Math Shelf." This entitled them to 'play with the items on the red math shelf. They thoroughly enjoyed making some designs on the peg board, building with blocks, and figuring out how to solve some math problems using a Saxon Math palette.
