Grandparents are Coming!
The students have been working hard on their grandparent stories. They are learning what a topic sentence is and then stating three ideas centering around that topic while using the sequencing words first, next, and last. They finally wrote a conclusion and then rewrote their stories in their journals. The children will read these sometime during our Grandparents Day celebration next Friday.
We also have earned the privilege of painting with watercolors this next week! Happy Easter!
