Philosophy of Teaching/Why you teach: I believe that every child has the ability to learn in one aspect or another. My job is to find out how they learn and to enhance their learning experiences. I want them to have the best experiences possible in my classroom and walk out of my room knowing that I truly care about each and every one of them.
Favorite Part of Teaching: My favorite part of teaching is seeing when the students have gotten what I have been teaching them. When their eyes light up and they understand the concept it warms my heart.
Educational Experience: I attended Concordia University for my Bachelors Degree and Doane College for my Masters. I have taken numerous workshops, classes, and courses in various areas.
Hobbies: I enjoy camping in the summer and being at the lake. I also like to do scrapbooking in my spare time. I like to walk and be on the farm.
Family: My husband is Darrel and I have 3 kids, JoLynn, Crayton and Caitlin.
